4. Embedding Feature: Embedding and Deepening Modules

Intent
Embedding and Deepening Modules is a service feature offered to schools, programs, agencies and communities who are embedding IMPACT across their community.
A skilled LBI IMPACT Trainer delivers specialist workshops and coaching modules whose growth intent (or learning competencies) is co-designed with the community’s leadership team. These sessions are purposefully designed to support the embedding and deepening of IMPACT content across the community, in a manner that is mapped to the needs and context of the community, and their available capacity.
They are typically delivered after the Foundational IMPACT content has been introduced, unless otherwise negotiated with the community.
The co-designed growth intent is drawn from the list of workshops outlined in the Explorer Step or from an expanded list of additional topics (see below).
